A 2 Hour Workshop — In this two hour crash course, founders and entrepreneurs will gain essential knowledge how to create a pro forma financial plan for your business. Learn how to apply financial models to communicate your company’s strategy and growth opportunities effectively.
We will teach you how to create assumptions about your business, revenue, growth and expenses. You don’t need to be an expert, but understanding key financial concepts is critical to scaling your business and speaking confidently with investors, partners, and stakeholders.

Workshop: 11am – 1pm. After the workshop, you are invited to build your financial plan. Then RIHub will be happy to review and give constructive feedback with a separate, individual meeting.
